Overcome

You’ve just completed an interview and you’re excited. You’ve prayed and God has confirmed that this is the place for you. Then you’re told a sudden hiring freeze has happened. How do you respond? Do you slide into depression or cry out to God, “Why did you lie to me? You said this was my job so why didn’t you deliver what you promised?” Too many of us abandon our harvest just because storm clouds come up. Don’t break before your breakthrough! The next time the enemy comes against something God has promised, rise up in your authority and release the hand of God over it. Stand in faith and resist the devil. When God tells you something, you can count on it. Don't let the enemy take it from you.

• I trust the promises God gives to me and I will not be moved. I thank God that the enemy cannot take what God has given me. I take my authority and cancel all the strategies of the devil.
