Let’s take a good look at ourselves to see where we may be missing it in our walk with God. Many believers know God is there and they know He loves them, but they put no demand on His Word. They still think they can handle the things of life on their own. They don’t ask him for help or search the Word for direction. Is this true of you? Jesus stands ready to meet all our needs. He promises the very things we thirst for right now! So if you’re still trying to win the battle on your own, it’s time to come to the realization that you can’t. As soon as we understand that we really need Him and turn to Him, He will fill us up. It’s free and it’s everything we need. Receive it.
