Thanks
You can genuinely stand before the Lord every morning and every night and sing songs of thanks, not just for what God has already done but also for what He has promised. There’s a quote by Dag Hammarskjold that says it nicely — “For all that has been, ‘thanks’; for all that will be, Yes!” Whether you already possess the specific promise or not doesn’t really matter because God’s is always good for His word. You can believe that you have received it when God told you what to ask for and you did. Now yo can act accordingly. What God has promised, He will deliver. Go ahead — praise and thank God today as if you already have that next Kingdom assignment. Get in practice for what is surely to come!
