The Retirement Product Analyst position has responsibility for the product management of the Retirement product line, including supporting revenue growth goals by assessing best-in-class products and services to better meet customer needs. This role provides valuable product support for the organization by gaining a strong understanding of needs and opportunities, performing thorough and efficient analysis of alternatives, and summarizing and effectively communicating recommendations to stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Support strategic initiatives, projects, and product efforts for the retirement line of business

  • Participate in project management, analysis, requirements definition, testing, and go-to-market activities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, compliance, operations, and other partners

  • Support product vision, strategy, and roadmaps through research, analysis, and feasibility assessments

  • Monitor product health and P&L by tracking key performance indicators and reporting to leadership

  • Engage stakeholders to assess customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities

  • Coordinate resolution of product and service issues across teams

  • Support marketing and sales with product positioning, value propositions, and target customer definition

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong knowledge of retirement plan products, including GuideStone offerings

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, investments, and mutual funds

  • Ability to research and analyze industry and competitor information

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize work

  • Ability to translate industry knowledge into practical, sustainable solutions

  • Proficiency in MS Office and GuideStone systems

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of GuideStone business matters
